Clear expectations make grooming easier for you, your dog and your groomer.
Do you crate dogs?
No. Dogs are groomed straight through and are not left waiting in cages. We keep the shop calm and give each pup individual attention.
How long will my dog be there?
Most appointments take about 2–4 hours, depending on size, coat condition, service and behavior. We’ll contact you when your pup is getting close to finished.
What if my dog is matted?
Your dog’s comfort comes first. Severe matting may require a shorter haircut, and extra coat-work fees may apply. We will never force a style that is unsafe or painful.
Can I stay during the groom?
For safety and focus, owners do not stay during grooming. Most dogs settle more easily once their person has left.
Do you groom puppies, seniors or anxious dogs?
Yes. We adjust the pace and service to the dog in front of us. If a groom cannot be completed safely or comfortably, we will stop and contact you.
How is the final price decided?
Size is only the starting point. Coat type and condition, behavior, time and difficulty all affect the final price. Estimates are not final quotes if your dog’s condition has changed.
